As your Fall starts up, here’s another mindfulness exercise to keep you in the present. Mindfulness means paying attention, in the present moment, non-judgmentally. So as you look at this beach picture, notice the details, focusing solely on the picture. Take about 30 seconds. When you mind wanders, as our minds always do, gently return to the picture.
