I’m in the action stage. I’ve been fairly successful at adding a bit of walking and biofeedback to my daily schedule. Some days I get too busy and forget. I’ve taken to writing it down on my daily to do list. That seems to help.

Prof S, excellent. What’s suggested for the action stage is 1) continuing to do what helps you walk and use biofeedback, and 2) change strategies to help yourself do those more regularly. So writing those down on your to-do list is excellent.
