A recap of the contest:
We’ll have a drawing on December 31 for everyone who receives How to Cope with Pain by email or RSS feed. The prizes include:

Lorimer Moseley Deep Relaxation and Stress Reduction, a CD by Dr. Alfred Frost Plantar Fasciitis Treatment, a CD by Brent Abel A personalized computer station evaluation so you can use computer in comfort, by Brian BentowTo be entered in the drawing, you need to do 2 simple things:
1. Sign up to get How to Cope with Pain by either email or RSS feed.
- Sign up for either email delivery here or RSS delivery here, if you aren’t signed up already. If you’re already signed up, just see #2 below.
2. Enter the contest here. (Submit your first name and email address so I can contact you about a prize if you win. These won’t be used for any other purpose but this contest.)
Email delivery allows each new article I write to be sent directly to your email. An RSS feed is your own personal site (eg Google) where the blogs you sign up for send their articles to you. Either way, what you want to read comes directly to you – free. You never have to go around to the sites you like to look at – everything is sent to you. How easy!
Thanks for subscribing to either email or RSS delivery. The next contest update will be next Friday. Good luck in the contest!

I’m forwarding this website whether for inclusion in the contest or just for information to share. I was directed to this website by the director of the hospice where I volunteer as well as work.
When I can switch gears to look at the parallels for me as I am caregiving of my own often pain focused self, I often find the journal entries comforting. There are differences, of course, but I think this man is someone with whom I could spend time drinking tea with and having some very compassionate and reassuring converrsation on a rainy day in my life.
Maybe others would enjoy it.
