The most important meanings of the upcoming holidays include time with family and friends, spirituality, and taking time ro relax and reflect. But presents are fun, too, right? So I’d like to give out a few packages to you, my readers.

I’m having a drawing on December 31 for everyone who receives How to Cope with Pain by email or RSS feed. 166 readers get How to Cope with Pain delivered so far, and I’ll update you weekly on this number. The prizes include:
-
Women, Work, and Autoimmune Disease: Keep Working, Girlfriend!, a book by Rosalind Joffe
-
Beyond Chronic Pain, a workbook by Rebecca Rengo-Kocher
-
The Computer Athlete’s Handbook, a book by Brian Bentow
-
Painful Yarns, a book by G. Lorimer Moseley
-
Deep Relaxation and Stress Reduction, a CD by Dr. Alfred Frost
-
Plantar Fasciitis Treatment, a CD by Brent Abel
-
A personalized computer station evaluation so you can use computer in comfort, by Brian Bentow
To be entered in the drawing, you need to do 2 simple things:
1. Sign up to get How to Cope with Pain by either email or RSS feed.
- Sign up for either email delivery here or RSS delivery here, if you aren’t signed up already. If you’re already signed up, just see #2 below. (See below if you’re not sure what email or RSS delivery means.)
2. Enter the contest here. (Submit your first name and email address so I can contact you about a prize if you win. These won’t be used for any other purpose but this contest.)
What is email or RSS delivery? If you sign up for email delivery, each new article I write gets sent directly to your email. An RSS feed is your own personal site (eg Google) where the blogs you sign up for send their articles to you. Either way, what you want to read comes directly to you – free. You never have to go around to the sites you like to look at – everything is sent to you. How easy!
Thanks for subscribing to either email or RSS delivery. And good luck in the contest!
If you or your company would like to provide a prize for a future contest, contact me here. And there’s a great list over at Litemind of the Best Personal Excellence Tips. Excellent reading – and take a peek at my tip, which is #12!

I’ve been getting HTCwP new posts emailed for ages. Email posts are a great idea as I not only get the latest information, I’m also reminded by the posts to keep on track especially the back link feature which takes me to extra information from other posts. A great idea.
