Update, 9/09:
This article was previously about a problem I had with Deep Relief Pain Lotions regarding non-payment for advertising they purchased here on How to Cope with Pain. Subsequently, I heard from the founder, Christian H. Reichardt, DC, CCSP, a practicing Chiropractor, who apologized for their error and paid their bill. The Director who was dishonest with me was let go.
Kudos to Dr. Reichardt and Deep Relief Pain Lotions for correcting a company error!
I’ll soon be doing a review of their products, which look very helpful. Stay tuned.

We have been in business for over 15 years and pride ourselves in customer service and retention. I am sorry to hear about your experience and would like to rectify the situation. Mr. Hamzei is no longer working with us and my wife, and I have taken on the day to day operation of this business again.

Dear Dr .Reichardt, last year you gave me some samples of your pain lotion. It worked good on my shoulder and my wife’s low back pain I hope I’ll see you in Super Conference in Orlando FL, please bring some bottles to sale, see you there. Bill Martin
