    Researching CRPS and management, I’ve just come upon your blog. It is very informative; the variety of useful topics will help a variety of suffering pain victims.
    I also have CRPS (type 2). It began behind my right knee in 1993; the nightmare events are as real as if it occurred today. Now full body, accompanied with Fibromyalgia and a degenerating spine, I’m in the process of getting a spinal stimulator.
    Best to you. It is good you are trying to stay so busy. At the least, your endeavors are great distractions from pain. To best of my ability, I try to stay busy mentally, as physically I’m quite homebound.
    ‘Gentle’ regards;
    Diane
