When we’re struggling with chronic pain, sometimes negative things in our lives overshadow the positive. Pain, work problems, family stress, difficulty exercising or doing hobbies… sometimes these issues loom very large.
Remember to notice…
- what is good in your life
- what makes you smile
- what blessings you have
- what you are able to do
- what brings you joy
What are you thankful for? Think of 1 thing right now and enjoy!
