Nickie, a person I know suggested, for a day, accepting any offer of help. To him, it was a spiritual practice to accept the gifts others offered to him, and foster humbleness. Interested in trying that challenge?

Leilani, winners sent in their addresses. If you can do that, your prize will be on its way! (Send in to the Topic Suggestions/Submissions button at the top of this page.) Congratulations!

Hi,
I just remembered I won the February contest and haven't heard anything more about the prize I won. Could you tell me what's going on with it? Thanks.

One stress management skill I like is scheduling time for myself. But I should say that the one I may need to practice the most is asking for help. It's come up twice today, at least, and I'm not one to ignore that.

I use the teachings given to me over 10 years ago when I was pregnant with my son. Lamaze Class and breathing during labor. Back then I NEVER used the techniques offered to me. Now, however, I do almost every time the pain hits. I am grateful for it. I have been told that it sounds like I am in labor. :)
