How Do You Handle Limitations Caused By Pain?

March 21st, 2008 · No Comments

Today is the deadline for your March Pain-Blog Carnival submission.

Over this past weekend, I hit a wall of the limitations I have because of pain.  My pain originally started because I was typing a lot at the keyboard with poor posture – not too smart, but I thought the cramping and pain would go away when I was done with the projects I was working on.  Unfortunately, it didn’t.

So typing is now a trigger for my pain.  Usually at the computer I do a lot of email and check my favorite blogs.  But now I’ve gotten re-addicted to Freecell, and I’ve been working on some back pain pamphlets for patients.  Lots of additional typing – and everything I’m doing I enjoy.  HARD to stop!!

How do you handle the limitations your pain places on you?
