A few milligrams perhaps and you are bound to go ahead with the thirst of a school bully wishing hard to exhibit his strength each moment. Girls would flock around and men would gesture to clear from you vicinities. That’s why the advice is always to buy Cialis, to buy it and taste the true flavor of life.

7 Easy Ways To De-Stress

July 30th, 2007 · 1 Comment

What do you do to de-stress???

I read a Better Homes and Gardens magazine article recently that stated that people who are chronically stressed heal 2 times slower than their more relaxed buddies.  Which category do you fit in - stressed or relaxed?

I certainly don’t have to tell you that chronic pain can mean chronic stress.  So how do you relax and get those boo-boo’s mending quicker?

The suggestions in the article included…

  • Every hour … take a 2-3 minute break
  • Every day … spend 20 minutes doing something rejuvenating, like enjoying a cup of tea or giving yourself a hand massage
  • Every week … set aside 1 day to rest, and to spend time with family, friends, and your spiritual side
  • Every month … get a massage
  • Every year … take all of your vacation, but make them relaxing vacations.  Make sure some vacations have nothing planned, and then sleep in, read by the pool, gaze at the stars.

Here are 2 of the many relaxation exercises from How To Cope With Pain that you can do right now, here and here.

Get ready to share your own favorite ways to de-stress…  Coming up this Friday is How to Cope with Pain’s first contest for you to enter to win a prize.  In just 4 more days, you can submit your first entry for The Most Creative Way To Relax contest.
